1. When I plug in my C-Single, it does not turn on.
- Check all power cables are properly connected. If using the Wall Adapter, check it is plugged into the wall.
- Check the insulated sleeve is properly placed on the magnetic base.
- Check there are no foreign objects blocking contact between the magnetic base and the insulated sleeve.
- Check your vehicle's fuse panel.
2. I cannot hear the fan.
- This might not be a failure. The Centigrade C-Single is extremely silent, particularly when used with the Wall Adapter. Look through the air vents and see if the fan is turning.
- If the fan is not turning consult section 1 first.
- If the fan is not turning but the C-Single is glowing blue or red, check no foreign objects are blocking the fan's rotation.
3. The fan is not turning.
- Check first if foreign objects are blocking the fan
- If the C-Single is glowing blue or red, there are no foreign objects blocking the fan, slightly pull outward on the fan cover. If the fan does not start turning, the fan has failed.
4. The fan is rattling.
- Pull slightly outward on the fan cover.
5. When in heating mode, I can hear the fan noise changing periodically.
- This is not a failure. When in heating mode, the C-Single prevents excessively hot temperature by turning on and off power to the thermoelectric system. when power is removed, extra power is available for the fan, which then turns slightly faster. This is a normal behavior.
